- DUE DATE: Proposals are due NLT 3:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) on 7 November 2013. SITE VISIT: There is a Site Visit on 16 October 2013. Names of attendees and additional information required (outlined in the Attachment entiteld "MCF Site Visit Instructions") are due NLT 3:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) on 11 October 2013. See the Attachment entitled "MCF Site Visit Instructions" for additional Site Visit information. PLEASE NOTE: Attachments/Exhibits for this solicitation reference FA8650-13-R-4018. These documents do apply to this solicitation (FA8650-14-R-4018). They will be updated with the FY 14 number when the contract is awarded. This requirement is to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance, training, operation, and technical guidance on characterization equipment in support of the research mission for the Air Force Research Laboratory's Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (AFRL/RX) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
