Description
One annual preventive maintenance service visit for three (3) MKS FTIR instruments. Service contract 1 year plus 2 optional for 3 Multi Gas 2030 MKS FTIRs. Preventative Maintenance Includes: Checking instrument operation-detector linearity, beam intensity and beam alignment, mirror replacement as required, laser replacement required, gas cell cleaning, windows replacement as required, corner cube replacement as required for hazing issues only (does not include normal wear and tear), and PCB replacement. Includes consumable parts as well as spares listed in the Attachment C. Perform health checks on all other available MultiGas systems, as time permits, while onsite for each scheduled service visit. Provide 24 x 7 Telephone Support. Includes labor and travel to the Buyer Facility Document, track and report work completed, repair history, spares usage, and PM scheduling to an agreed format and frequency. Supplier will also: Log date and time of all Service calls. Report any non-conformance incidents to Buyer Report any known safety-related incident involving personnel or equipment incidents that occur on the Buyer's Facility to a Buyer's manager within a 4-hour period from when the incident occurs. Maintain records of Service and Parts usage for the duration of this SOW. Supply the necessary tools and diagnostic equipment to be used by Supplier Personnel in support of the above Services for Supplier manufactured equipment. Return parts that are not field serviceable to Supplier Service Center at Buyer's expense, with Buyer following the published Supplier's RMA procedure. (i.e. Comer Cube, Interferometer). Instruments returned to Supplier Service Center are not covered under this SOW. A turnaround time of approximately 15 business days will apply along with Supplier's standard repair and replacement fees. Adhere to Buyer's safety guidelines which are provided in writing and in advance to Supplier. COST ESTIMATE: The cost estimate will include the travel costs, labor hours for both services, and the replacement part costs. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The three services will be conducted within a year, one for each of the three detectors. The total period of performance will be a year from the date of award.
