- SPECIAL NOTICE UPDATE 9 OCT 2013: The William F. Moorhead building has strict security measures which include screening and x-ray procedures for packages. All persons attempting to enter the building must have a valid photo ID to be granted into the building. SPECIAL NOTICE, 7 OCT 2013: The proposal due date specified in Amendment 0010, 11:00AM on 10 October 2013, is not changed due to the government shutdown. Offeror's are advised to follow the submission instructions specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP). You can direct any inquiries regarding this matter directly to the RFP point of contact.
