Description

This solicitation is for a multi-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 2640-01-478-8142, Flap, Inner Tube, Pneumatic. IDPO not to exceed 48 months or $150,000 whichever occurs first. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed four years. Although this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB database in DIBBS. Solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 10/10/2013 ***NOTE: DIBBS quotes are not acceptable for this solicitation. Quotes MUST be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to Loretta Walker at 614-693-1603 or scanned and emailed to loretta.walker@dla.mil All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. Approved sources: American Valley Aviation Inc. (0YBF0) and Deval Corp. (11201).
