The Network Contracting Office, Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Janice Morris Construction, 3410 Port of Spain Pl, Dulles, VA 20189 to provide Key-Scan Maintenance Services for Tennessee Valley Healthcare Systems, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37212. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency's requirement.
