- Notice of Contract Action - Award with contents numbered per FAR 5.207 (a) The Ground Systems Branch, Space, Aerial & Nuclear Networks Division, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Hanscom AFB has awarded a one year extension of Contractor Logistics Support, effective 30 September 2013, under the current Delivery Order for Pocket J that was competitively awarded in 2010 to Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services LLC, formerly ARINC Engineering Services LLC, under the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Government Wide Acquisition Contract (number GS00Q09BGD0013.) Pocket J provides Situational Awareness Data Link (SADL) and Link-16 Tactical Data Link (TDL) coverage throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), enabling airborne platforms equipped with SADL and Link-16 to exchange tactical data with each other, Air Defense Sectors (ADS) and Homeland Defense assets including the use of Beyond Line Of Sight (BLOS) capabilities.
