Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs shall evaluate each potential A/E Contractor as follows. The evaluation factors, not necessarily in priority order shall be: 1. Team responsibilities. 2. Previous experience of the proposed team 3. Proposed design approach for the project and management plan. 4. Location and facilities within a 200 mile radius of Charleston, SC, including the prime firm and consultants. 5. Other: a. Control of scheduling/cost estimating effectiveness of the 10 most recent projects b. AutoCAD 2014 capabilities c. Internet accessibilities d. Past involvement in litigations. An interested firm who has experience in this type of Architecture/Engineer Design Service may submit three (3) copies of an SF-330, which can be found at the following website: http://www.gsa.gov/portal/gsa/ep/formslibrary.do?formtype=SF to Cassaundra Mulligan, Contracting Officer, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401-5799 no later than 4:00 PM EST on November 7, 2013. This requirement is issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Set-Aside.
