- The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Nonmicronized Pentaerythritol (PE) to be provided in accordance with military drawing number 36-1-317D dated June 26, 2013, and drawing number 13-19-1038 date August 29, 2011. **Note** Please note additional grinding requirement as stated in the drawing. The estimated production requirement is 105,000 lbs with a 100% Option Quantity. Approximate deliveries are 45,000 lbs per month. ACC-RI intends to issue a Request for Proposal, W52P1J-13-R-3061, to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website, http://acquisition.army.mil on or about October 25, 2013 with a closing date 30 days after issuance. This solicitation will be issued full and open competition and has a NAICS code 325199. Interested firms are invited to submit proposals AFTER the solicitation has been posted to the web. This is not a solicitation; it is a notice of intent. Technical data will not be made available until the solicitation has been posted. It is the responsibility of the contractors to check these websites for the issuance and any changes to the solicitation.
