- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source justification contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with SriSai Pharmaceutical Solutions, LLC, Frederick, Maryland. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this actions is 493120. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Services, NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number.
