- The Marine Corps, Running Pants shall be made in accordance with FQ/PD-08-05 dated June 17, 2010. NSN: 8415-01-550-1251/PGC: 03410 Pattern date: 06 December 2010 DLA Troop Support will provide the Universal Product Codes (UPC) in the solicitation. The item will have a base term plus (4) one year term options. Quantities base year: 12,000 Min/60,000 Max and AEQ: 48,000 The production lead-time: 150 days after award for the first order/120 days on subsequent order. The Technical Data includes RFID HANGTAG: An RFID inlay shall be added to the barcode paper hang tag attached to each item. Where the use of self-adhesive barcode labels are authorized, the RFID inlay may be added to the self-adhesive in lieu of a paper hang tag.
