- AFRRI Exhaust System EFO The Contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for upgrade of the Controls and Exhaust System for the Radioactive Waste Facility Complex at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) less than br greater than in Bethesda, Maryland. All controls shall be integrated into the existing Metasys Johnson Controls Building Automation System (BAS).
