This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and additional information will not be provided. Proposals are requested under Request for Proposals (RFP) SP0600-14-R-0203, for Jet Fuel A1, NSN 9130-00-753-5026, delivered to Al-Mussanah, Royal Air Base of Oman. See the solicititation for the delivery schedule and additional details. Responses are due on October 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM local Ft. Belvoir, VA USA time. No late proposals will be considered for award. Proposals must be submitted by email to DLA-ENERGY-PCA@dla.mil.
