Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and only an electronic solicitation will be issued. Request for Proposal (RFP) number is VA258-13-Q-1099. The Government contemplates award of one (1) contract resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is for the procurement of maintenance and repair of the Medrad Contrast Media Injector Systems at the VA Health Care System, El Paso, TX. See the attached solicitation for full details of contract requirements. Anticipated period of performance is one (1) year plus four (4) 1-year option periods. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The contract is expected to be awarded on or before October 28, 2013. Offerors are advised to review 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation, clauses in the solicitation for instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria.
