- ***UPDATE 15OCT13*** Previously, we anticipated award of the A&E IDIQ(s) in early February, however this may be delayed some, due to the Government shutdown. This acquisition is taking place in two steps: 1. Open Solicitation for SF 330s (we are currently in this step, and will conduct an evaluation of all SF 330s received) 2. Closed Request for Proposal (the RFP will be limited to the firms selected in the SF 330 evaluation) Prior to the shutdown, we anticipated completing Step 1 in mid-November, and issuing the RFPs in early December. However, with the limits currently imposed upon us, I anticipate our planned schedule will be delayed by 2-4 weeks. ***END UPDATE***
