- Due to the government shutdown, ATF has been unable to release the Questions & Answers (Q&As) for this RFP. The anticipated release date of Q&As is No Later Than 10/21/13. As a result, the new date for proposal submissions is Friday, 11/1/13. Contractors are advised not to submit their proposal(s) until after the Q&As have been released.
