Description

SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System proposes to negotiate a noncompetitive award with Grace Registry Services, a woman owned small business, for the provision of abstracting cancer data services to support the care and treatment given to patients with malignant diseases in accordance with FAR 6.203. This notice is not a request for quotations, however, companies that believe they can fulfill the requirement may provide a written response to this notice and provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition. All submissions should be sent to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than 10-22-2013, referencing Solicitation Number VA256-14-I-0027 by 1:00p.m. (CST).
