Description

Project Title: Install Energy Efficient Chiller & Transformer, Bldg 6 Statement of Work Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and all other necessary resources to perform the Work for project VA Contract No. 515-12-122 Install Energy Efficient Chiller Building 6 as required by drawings and specifications prepared by Viridian Architectural Design, Inc. This project will replace existing Transformer T6, MDP-6, MCC-B6 1 & 2, Chiller & Cooling Tower, Pumps, and Various Piping at Building 6. Work shall include: "Replacement of the existing transformer T6. "Replacement of MCC-B6-1, and MCC-B6-2, and conversion of MDP-B6. "Provide and install the wiring and conduits from Switchgear S6 to the new T6. "Provide and install the wiring and conduits from the new transformer T6 to the new MDP-B6. "Utilizing existing conduit, provide and install wiring from the new MDP-B6 to the old MDP-6. "Restore existing facilities including, but not limited to pavement, curbing, sidewalks, and pervious areas. "Remove the existing chiller, cooling tower, pumps, controls, concrete pads, and various pipes and wires. "Provide and install the new Air Cooled Chiller including the package chiller, new chiller pad, new piping connection to existing Air Handler, controls, pumps, and other required materials. "Provide and install access hatch to the Building 6 HVAC equipment room. "Various items as illustrated on the plans and/or described in the technical specifications for complete installation of the items listed above.
