- This presolicitation was previously posted as W912CN13R0020. This requirement is for a commercial acquisition using Commercial Acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 and Contracting by Negotiation under FAR Part 15. Contract will be a firm fixed priced requirement type contract. The NAICS code is 562111 with a size standard of $35.5M. This requirement will be posted 100% set-asdie for small business. The contract term anticipated will be base plus four option periods. The aniticipated effective date will be 01 JAN 2014. Contractor shall provide labor, management, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies and tools necessary to perform commericial type refuse collection and disposal services at various Army installations, on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Work hours are from 6:00am - 4:00pm Mondays through Saturdays except Christmas and New Year. Contractor shall perform recurring and non-recurring refuse services as follows: Recurring: Perform scheduled collection and disposal services for multiple containers, roll-offs, and compactors. The Government will furnish all recurring industrial refuse containers. Estimated pick-up per month is 2,440. Pickup ranges from 1 to 6 times per week. Non-recurring: Perform as required refuse services for special events and other other projects. The Contractor shall provide all non-recurring refuse containers. Container types are 3 cubic yard, 8 cubic yard, 10 - 40 cubic yard. Services for non-recurring services may range from 1 - 100 days. Waste shall include but not limited to, medical waste, food wate, construction, greenwaste, bulk waste, etc. Solicitation will be posted on or about October 25, 2013.
