Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN 37129, NCO 9 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Mar Cor Purification, 4450 Township Line Road, PO Box 1429, Skippack, PA 19474-1429 for the delivery of dialysis water system services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, this procurement was solicited as a small business set-aside and received no quotes/proposals. Therefore, information received will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct an unrestricted competitive procurement. However, responses from other than the above sources may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting it in writing to the Network Contracting Office 9, ATTN: Stacey McClendon, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 or Fax 615-849-3789 no later than October 11, 2013, 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents as a result of this notice of intent.
