- 1. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is conducting market research to determine if there are small businesses capable of providing the continuation of services regarding information management and technology support for Radio Management Services. These support services are required for all USACE locations both CONUS and OCONUS which include more than 1,500 remote area and field offices (many in isolated areas). This effort will support approximately 37,000 end-users. Services will also include support for two national Data Centers located in Portland, OR and Vicksburg, MS and responses for emergency and disaster operations as required. 2. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract(s). This is not a solicitation announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow-up information requests. All questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email address listed below by the specified date. Please carbon copy the Contracting Officer on all correspondence. 3.
