- Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) for the Asheville VAMC in Asheville, NC is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for purchase of Refurbished VITEK 2 System consumables, Brand Name Or EQUAL. This request will be a standing order to be ordered as required. The VA is seeking a multi-year contract or BPA if the items are supported under FSS contract. Required items listed below: -Refurbished VITEK 2 System to include DATATRAC, AES, BCI, (1) Smart Carrier and (1) Densichek 2. 1 EA -VITEK 2 ID cards (GN and GP) PER BOX, 64 Sensistivity Cards-VITEK 2 box.. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please, no telephone inquiries; however, interested parties may submit their interest and product literature for consideration to Dwayne.tillery@va.gov Responses received on or before 10:00 AM EST, October 21, 2013 will be considered. If you can provide the requested items on GSA/FSS Schedule please provide you schedule number. Cleary identify your company to include your Dun & Bradstreet number.
