- Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Hampshire City: Manchester, Bedford, Londonderry and surrounding areas Delineated Area: Beginning at the intersection of Back River Road and Patten Road (POB); northwest on Patten Road to an intersection with Pilgrim Drive; continue on Pilgrim Drive to an intersection with Route 101/Boynton Street; northeast on Boynton Street to an intersection with Route 3/Woodbury Street/Cilley Road; east on Woodbury Street/Cilley Road to an intersection with Mammoth Road; southeast on Mammoth Road to an intersection with Cohas Avenue; east on Cohas Avenue to an intersection with I-93; south on I-93 to an intersection with Stonehenge Road/Litchfield Road; west on Litchfield Road to the Merrimack River; north on the Merrimack River to I-293/Route 101; west on I-293 to intersection with Everett Turnpike; south on Everett Turnpike to Daniel Webster Highway; northwest on Daniel Webster Highway to Back River Road; southwest on Back River Road to POB.
