Note: This is not a modification in the Space Requirements, only an extension on the requested due date for Expressions of Interest and to change to Broker point of contact. U.S. GOVERNMENT - General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: STATE : Illinois CITY : Evanston DELINEATED AREA : North: Golf Road South: Touhy Avenue East: Sheridan Road West: Waukegan Road MINIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA) : 17,102 ABOA MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (RSF) : 20,650.55 RSF SPACE TYPE : Office and Related Space PARKING SPACES (TOTAL) : Two (2) Surface, Reserved Parking Spaces under Lease PARKING SPACES (SURFACE) : Two (2) PARKING SPACES (RESERVED): Two (2) FULL TERM : Ten (10) Years (120-Months) FIRM TERM : Five (5) Years (60-Months) OPTION TERM : None ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : Transportation - Site/ building must be within two (2) blocks of a bus stop. The path from the bus stop must be paved and well lighted. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Evanston, Illinois, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
