- The Section J attachments 2a, 2b, and 2c will be amended in the upcoming solicitation amendment. The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with an advance copy of the revised Cost & Price Proposal Worksheets (2a and 2b) for the Design, Development, Demonstration and Integration (D3I) acquisitions which can be found on the link contained in the D3ISPECIALNOTICE2 FedbizOpps Posting dated 17 October 2013. Section J attachment 2c is anticipated to be posted the week of 21 October 2013. The above referenced attachments will be included in the upcoming solicitation amendment. The Government anticipates releasing the D3I Solicitation Questions and Answers in the last week of October/first week of November.
