- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) intends to issue a solicitation on behalf of USACE Headquarters, Directorate of Military Programs (CEMP), Installation Support Community of Practice (CoP) (CEMP-CI) for maintaining the daily operations of the Programming Administration and Execution (PAX) System and its applications. CEMP-CI supported systems include the PAX System and other communication, microcomputer, minicomputer, and mainframe computer systems which interact with the PAX System. This solicitation is a Set-Aside 100% for Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519 with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.5 million dollars. The HECSA Contracting Center anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Base Year and two Option Year Periods. Anticipated release date of the solicitation will be on or about 8 November 2013. Proposals will be due 30 days from the release date of the solicitation.
