- Statement of Work WD 1995-0812 Rev. 30 dtd 6/19/13 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. Reference Number HSFLAR-13-Q-00057 issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) with the evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721214. The size standard is $7.0 million average annual receipts. This requirement is for facilities, meals, and lodging to accommodate the Backcountry Tactics and Tracking Training Program (BTTTP) classes in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The training dates are "to be determined" for the period of "from date of award through September 30, 2014". Quantity is 3 each. The Government intends to award a firm fixed purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (capability of the site offered to meet the agency need); Past Performance; and Price. Please include information on past performance for similar requirements (to include contract numbers, description of services provided, and point of contact information). NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov. Offerors are encouraged to, and must upon request, present their representations and certifications through the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov. Wage Determination No. 1995-0812 Rev. 30 dated 06/19/2013 applies. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
