- PS 8203 - Order/Solicitation/Offer/Award Items and Prices EDI Technical Proposal EDI Supplier Interface Guide Specifications Sol 3D-14-A-0001 including Attachments 1-4 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Post Date: October 17, 2013 Response Date to Participate: October 25, 2013 The United States Postal Service intends to solicit for FOB Destination proposals for the manufacture of Indoor Parcel Lockers and its base units. Critical RFP dates are as follows: RFP Open: October 17, 2013, 14:01 PM EST RFP Close: November 22, 2013, 17:00 PM EST If your organization wishes to participate in this RFP, you must notify via email: 1) Delveenia Carolina-Briggs ( Delveenia.carolina-briggs@usps.gov ) or Marilou Carandang ( Marilou.Carandang@usps.gov ) no later than October 25, 2013 and 2) Go to https://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com and register your organization. Registration is MANDATORY in order to participate in the RFP. On the login page, click on the "Register Supplier Organization" hyperlink and provide all the required information. Required information is identified with a red asterisk. Upon approval, registered organizations will receive log-in credentials to the USPS eSourcing application and will be required to complete training prior to participation in this sourcing event. A separate electronic message will be sent from Emptoris providing registrants with the training details along with an invitation to participate in the RFP. You must "accept" the invitation in order to see all attachments and documents. You should register as quickly as possible to avoid missing the registration deadline.
