- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L7-14-Q-0001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is being issued as Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 722320 Standard Size $7M. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. DESCRIPTIONS: Catered Lunch Meals for 164th Tennessee Air National Guard on 3 November 2013. Meals shall be served at the following address: 164th Airlift Wing Dining Facility 4593 Swinnea Road. Bldg 4607 Memphis, TN 38118-7101 Vendor shall provide catered meal on Sunday 3 November 2013. Lunch will consist of : 400 Servings of 8oz cup of French Onion Soup. Patron choice of either Roast Turkey (serving size of 3 slices, 4-5oz total), or Baked Ham (Slice, 4oz serving), 400 Servings of Cornbread Dressing (serving size cup), Choice of Glazed Sweet Potatoes (Serving Size cup) or Mashed Potatoes (Serving size cup), 400 Serving Turkey Gravy (Serving size cup), 400 Serving of Green Beans with Mushrooms (Serving Size cup), 400 Serving of Corn (Serving Size cup), 400 Serving of Glazed Carrots (Serving Size cup), 400 Cranberry Sauce (Self-Serve), 400 Serving of Salad Bar. Consisting of Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Mushrooms, Grated Carrots, Diced Tomatoes, Broccoli Buds, Cucumber Slices, Diced Green Peppers, Olives, Diced Onions, Chopped Eggs, Croutons, Bacon Bits, Ranch Dressing, Light Ranch Dressing, Honey Mustard, Light Italian Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing, Thousand Island Dressing, Balsamic Vinagrette Vendor may prepare on site beginning on 2 November 2013.
