- This is an unrestricted acquisition for fresh bread and bakery products for DoD customers at: Hanscom AFB CDC & Youth, NETC RI, ANG Customers in RI, ANG Customers in MA, USCG and NOAA Ships in RI, MA, and CT. Visiting Navy ships in RI, MA. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of fresh bread and bakery items for deliveries beginning Sunday, December 22, 2013 through Saturday December 26, 2015. The resultant award will be for an indefinite delivery purchase order for 24 months, not to exceed $150,000.00. If the simplified acquisition threshold of $150,000.00 is reached, the period of contract will be less than 24 months. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the Solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date is 22 October 2013.
