Description

LIFE TECH 7900HT SEQUENCE DETECTION SYSTEM. SOURCES SOUGHT Request for Information for preventative maintenance on the 7900HT SEQUENCE DETECTION SYSTEM. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). A RFP is not being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be considered as a commitment by the Government to issue a RFP, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, TX is only seeking information from contractors with the capabilities to furnish labor, materials, transportation, and supervision to provide preventative maintenance on the following government own equipment: 7900HT SEQUENCE DETECTION SYSTEM SN# 12901500170, LOCATED AT VAMC, 2002 HOLCOMBE BLVD, HOUSTON, TX BLDG 109, ROOM 219 FOR THE PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 1, 2013 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2014. Plus four 12 month Option Periods. Services shall be performed during the VA normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Equipment located at VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe BLVD, Houston, TX 77030. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written information prior to the response due date and time. Information shall be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Information shall be submitted via email to anthony.marion2@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted. This is Request for Information Only! and for Planning Purposes. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information, or to otherwise pay for the information. Contractor response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
