- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91ZLK-14-T-0008, and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-61. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 32519. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified offers' may submit bids. The solicitation will start on October 17, 2013 and will end on October 23, 2013 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.FedBid.com. This requirement is for various gases/cylinders to be delivered to APG, Maryland. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Specifications are listed within the CLINS (see below). CLIN 0001 VARIOUS GASES Compressed gases are required for analytical research, contractor will supply the following gas/cylinders on an as needed basis and will be responsible for the safety and maintenance of the cylinder, while and during government use. The contractor will supply the following: Air size - 200cf (Qty., 55) Hydrogen size - 200cf (Qty., 45) P5 size - 200cf (Qty., 4) Nitrogen size - 200cf (Qty., 20) Nitrogen size - 20cf (Qty., 6) Nitrogen Refill size - 20cf (Qty., 6) Helium size - 200 cf (Qty., 15) Co2 Dip Tube size - 50 lbs. (Qty., 5) Liquid N 160L 22 psi gas - size 160 liter (Qty., 5) Liquid N 240L 50-60- PSI Liquid size - 240 liter (Qty., 10) Liquid N2 Rental (Qty., 150) Rental (Qty., 17000) Delivery Charge (Qty., 15) Haz Mat Charge (Qty., 15) Fuel surcharge (Qty., 15) All interested vendors must respond by October 23, 2013, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
