- This is a Sources Sought Notice that is issued for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on information received in response to this notice. This notice is not a Request for Proposal; it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources prior to issuing a solicitation. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic performance period of 365 calendar days with four one-year options. The MATOC is for minimal design and construction efforts at various GSA facilities supported by the GSA Northwest/Arctic Region 10, Eastern Service Center (ESC) located in the Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon, and Idaho. Individual task orders placed against each MATOC will be competed among other awardees and will vary in anticipated size ranging from $2,000.00 to $2.79 million with the majority of the work ranging from $50,000.00 to $250,000.00. Individual projects will be delivered using a variety of methods including traditional (design-bid-build), design-build-bridging, and design-build. The government anticipates awarding a minimum of five contracts. The intent of this sources sought is to identify potential Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and Woman-Owned Small Businesses capable of performing these services. The government will use the information obtained from this sources sought announcement to make a set-aside determination including further restriction under a socio-economic status. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 with the applicable business size standard of $33.5 million.
