- Map of the location the toilets need to be placed. Solicitation Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, requires a service contract for portable toilets at Goodfellow AFB, TX. The Contractor will provide and maintain portable toilets per the Statement of Work. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991, the size standard is $7,000,000. The anticipated performance period is 1 Nov 13 to 30 Sep 18, one base year with four (4) one-year option periods. However, there is no guarantee that the option periods will be exercised. All offers must be registered at the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov, and have a tax identification number and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. DUNS information and/or application can be accessed at http://smallbusiness.dnb.com or by calling 1-800-234-3867. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 July 2013. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. When the solicitation is posted it is imperative the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any documents.
