- RFP for NSN 5977012256208, PR 50831825, SLIP RING ASSEMBLY. Solicitation number SPE4A6-14-R-1128. An Export Control apply for this NSN. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement to the Defense Logistics Information Services. This is a Source Controlled Item. The approved source is Moog, Inc., CAGE 99932. Contractor First Article Test is required. Number of units is 3 AY. PRLI: 0001, Qty.47 AY; Required Delivery for First Article Test is 120 days; Government Review 30 days; Total delivery of Production Units is 256 DARO. FOB-DESTINATION, INSPECTION at ORIGIN with ACCEPTANCE at DESTINATION. This is being procured as Other Than Full and Open Competition. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This procurement is Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fix Contract. The stock location is W25G1U. The solicitation will be available on or about November 8, 2013 and will close on or about December 9, 2013. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS-SR) apply and other evaluation factors cited in the solicitation.
