- The purpose of this notification is to alert interested parties that, despite Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) returning online, NAVAIR intends to delete the referenced documents housed on that site relating to this effort, as they are out-of-date. NAVAIR intends to make the referenced documents for the final solicitation available through FedBizOpps using the access controls as demonstrated through the Test document previously posted on FBO. Please disregard any of the previously posted documents on NECO prior to them being deleted, as they are out-of-date. Please be advised that interested parties that were able to access the referenced documents on NECO previously may received a Cancellation Notice when the referenced documents are deleted on NECO.
