- AMENDMENT #1 - Full and Open Announcement “ FAA Learning Services. This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.12, Public Announcements. This Announcement is provided to amend the referenced SIR for the following purposes: 1) To revise the deadline for the public to provide written inquiries related to this SIR: from Oct 11, 2013 to Oct 25, 2013, 2 pm EST. Written questions or comments related to this solicitation must be submitted to Natalie.Burgess@faa.gov and received no later than 2 pm, EST, Oct 25, 2013. Phone calls will not be accepted. The Government intends to post a public response on or about Nov 8, 2013 to all Offerors, however, the source of questions will not be identified. 2) The SIR proposal deadline has been amended from Nov 8, 2013 to Nov 22, 2013, 2 pm, EST. All responses to this announcement must be directed to Natalie Burgess, no later than 2 pm EST Nov 22, 2013. *THE REFERENCED CHANGES ARE PROVIDED IN SIR AMENDMENT #1. OFFERORS SHALL REFER AND RESPOND TO THE SIR VERSION TITLED AS AMENDMENT #1. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SIR REMAIN UNCHANGED* To be considered for award, vendors should be registered in SAM.gov and not listed on the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published at http://faaco.faa.gov/under the current announcements for the FAA Headquarters. It is the Offerors' responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. If an amendment is issued and the Offeror does not acknowledge it, the Offeror may be considered nonresponsive to the solicitation.
