- The Corporation for National and Community Service (US Government) requires sources who can provide the following type of space; State: Mississippi City: Vicksburg Delineated area: Space must be in, or within 40 miles of, the City of Vicksburg, Ms. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 145,000 Maximum Sq.Ft. (ABOA): 150,000 Space Type: office,warehouse,residential and special use space available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Parking Spaces (Total) : 200 Parking Spaces (Surface): 200 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 100 Full Term: 5years Base plus 4 option years Required: All services, including security, supplies,utilities partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must accomodate residential dormitories,kitchens,bathrooms,laundry and recreation space for up to 260 people,office space for 40 people,warehouse space,storage and parking for up to 200 vehicles. Required space must be in a single,contiguous location. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. in making this decision, the government will consider,among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially canstaisfy the Government's requirements,as well as cost likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expression of Interest must include the following information: 1.)Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. 2.)Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced "ANSI/BOMA 3.)Office are square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF,fully services. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4.)Date of space availability. 5.) Method of rentable space measurement. 6.)Building ownership information. 7.) Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). 8.) List of building services provided 9.) Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. Space must be ready to occupy NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 1, 2013 Expressions of Interest due by October 25, 2013.
