Western Area Power Administration, Desert Southwest Region has a requirement for services to provide preventive maintenance and chemicals for cooling towers and chillers located in Phoenix AZ. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a base period and four option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a corresponding Small Business size standard of $7 million. The Request for Quotes will be issued electronically 21 October 2013 and quotes are due 1 November 2013, 2:00 PM Local Time. Quotes may be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, ATTN: Greg Cagle, P.O. Box 6457, Phoenix AZ 85005-6457, or submitted electronically by e-mail to cagle@wapa.gov. Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov to be considered for award.
