- Description
- In accordance with FAR Part 8, "Required Sources of Supplies and Services", the NGA Base Operations Services -West (BOS-W) acquisition strategy will be to acquire Total Facility Management (TFM) services under the AbilityOne Program. All services will be performed by one AbilityOne Prime contractor. Services under the contract will include janitorial, safety and industrial hygiene, emergency preparedness, destruction of classified waste, security functions and office augmentation, waste disposal and recycling, facilities equipment operations and maintenance, snow and ice removal, grounds maintenance, management and disposal of personal property, management of real property, freight management, mail services, medical services, vehicle management, customer support, furniture; project management and record drawing maintenance, and minor renovation and repair projects. The anticipated contract will be for five years (Base and four option years). The anticipated period of performance will include a three month transition period from 1 Apr2014 - 30 Jun 2014 and full performance of the contract 1 Jul 2014 - 30 Jun 2019.
