- This Solicitation will contain NSN 5895-01-187-9355, in according with Basic Drawing NR 49956 G254077 Revision NR Y DTD 03/24/1993 Part Piece Number G254077-2V2; Multiplexer. Approved Sources L-3 Communications Corporation 60583 P/N NAR8432 and Raytheon Company 49956 P/N G254077-2V2. This Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE4A6-14-R-1023, will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Purchase Request Quantity 60 EA; Inspection/Origin, FOB Destination. Government's required delivery is 220 DARO for the production quantity; Government First Article Testing of 2 units required. Critical application Item. Formal cost and pricing data and Subcontracting Plan are not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) has not been met. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." Solicitation Issue Date is October 31, 2013. The Solicitation closing date is December 03, 2013.
