Attachment 8 - Safety-Health Criteria Attachment 7 - Ergonomic Requirements Attachment 6 - Compactor Drive on Ramp-Side Rails Attachment 5 - Vertical Baler Attachment 4 - Horizontal Cardboard Baler & Incline Feed Conveyor Attachment 3 - Universal Dumper Attachment 2 - Compactor Attachment 1 - Compactor Enclosure with Drive on Ramp Terms & Conditions 8203 The purpose of this solicitation is for the creation of a National or Regional Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract/s that will enable the United States Postal Service facilities nationwide to purchase Recycling Equipment. One or more Recycling Equipment Contracts may be awarded. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, supervision, supplies, material and equipment to provide National Recycling Equipment for the United States Postal Service, for multiple sites Nationwide including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Guam. All equipment will be supplied in accordance with the Postal Service Statement of Work (Attachments 1-8). In addition, the contractor will comply with local, state and federal environmental, health and safety laws and regulations. The initial contract will be for a twenty-two (22) month period, effective 12/01/2013 through 9/30/2015, with four, two (2) year renewal options available to be exercised at the option of the Postal Service. All proposals must be submitted through Emptoris USPS eSourcing. NOTE: You must accept the invitation in order to enter your proposal. All suppliers interested in receiving this solicitation via Emptoris will be required to register their organization in the Supplier Registration module of Emptoris. Registration will provide suppliers the opportunity to ensure that their organization is able can be included in this solicitation. USPS eSourcing is a web-based electronic solicitation and reverse auction application that automates, standardizes, and streamlines the sourcing of supplies, services, equipment, transportation, and facilities. The solution is also utilized as one additional method for Postal Service to search for viable suppliers. Suppliers can access the solution at https://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com. Once on the landing page, simply click on the "Register Supplier Organization" hyperlink to begin the registration process. Suppliers are encouraged to review the eSourcing Supplier Registration Guide and Supplier Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) located at http://about.usps.com/suppliers/becoming/registration.htm prior to starting the registration process. This guide provides insight to completing the registration entry. Suppliers will also need a DUNS number which can be obtained at (866) 705-5711 or www.dnb.com "Get a D&B D-U-N-S Number". In addition, it is suggested suppliers register using NAICS Code 42383 as your primary NAICS Code. There is an option to submit additional NAICS Codes as you deem appropriate. Once a supplier completes the registration process, the USPS eSourcing team will review the entry within one (1) business day to ensure it is complete and accurate. Upon approval, the supplier will be notified via email of their login credentials. Once your company is registered and has been approved, you will also be eligible for future opportunities with the Postal Service.
