- AFRRI ECP-11 Mod EFO Redacted The Contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for upgrade of the utility infrastructure, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and electrical system to provide the controls equipment and infrastructure for a Computed Tomography (CT) scanner, Linear Accelerator (LINAC), the critical electrical system upgrade for Buildings 42, 43, 45, and 46, security console upgrades, and exhaust system balance. All HVAC equipment and controls shall be integrated into the existing Johnson Controls Building Automation System (JCBAS)Metasys.
