- Department of State, Near Eastern Affairs Posts, U.S. Government Mission - Iraq, the U.S. American Embassy Baghdad, the U.S. Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center and the U.S. Consulate General Basrah in Republic of Iraq. Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for the providing of Satellite Television Broadcasting services to the U.S. Mission in Baghdad and in Basrah, Republic of Iraq. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and one twelve-month period at the option of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFP for the actual date.
