- NSN: 3110-00-071-1353, BEARING, ROLLER, CYLINDRICAL; Item is Sources Controlled to HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION (CAGE CODE 99167), In Accordance With DRAWING: DWG 27386 REV E, P/N 27386, and Approved Sources of Supply: SKF AERO ENGINE (CAGE CODE 38443) P/N 27386 and MPB CORPORATION (CAGE CODE 78118) P/N 27386. Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 238 Days ARO. This NSN is Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. Item is not Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on October 7, 2013. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. A Subcontracting Plan is required. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is a Commercial (IDPO) with a Three Year Base Period and a Two Year Option Period. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 50 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 50 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 100 each, and Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 100 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will only apply to the first 12 months of the contract. This RFP will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is October 21, 2013. A copy of the RFP will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
