- NSN: 3120-01-377-0339, BEARING, SLEEVE; Item is Configuration Controlled to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP. (CAGE CODE 78286), In Accordance With DRAWING: DWG 70105-68003 REV C, P/N 70105-68003-102, and Approved Sources of Supply: ROLLER BEARING COMPANY OF AMERICA (CAGE CODE 73134), NEW HAMPSHIRE BALL BEARINGS INC. (CAGE CODE 15860), DOVER ENGINEERED SYSTEMS INC./DBA KAHR BEARING (CAGE CODE 97613). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 150 Days ARO (Contractor F.A.T. 30 Days, Test Report 60 Days, Government Review 30 Days, and Production Units 30 Days). This NSN is Contractor First Article Testing, Export Control, Critical Application, and Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. Item is Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on October 8, 2013. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. A Subcontracting Plan is required. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is a Commercial (IDPO) with a Three Year Base Period and a Two Year Option Period. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 169 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 169 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 338 each, and Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 338 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will only apply to the first 12 months of the contract. This RFP will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is October 21, 2013.
