Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO22) is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing maintenance and support service for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System existing Addiction Management Systems AMS) methadone dispensing software System. The software System support shall be for twelve (12) at the following VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare Sites: 1.VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare (WEST LA) 11301 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90073 2.VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center 16111 Plummer Street Los Angeles, CA 91343 3.VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center 351 East Temple Los Angeles, CA 90012." Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than October 24 2013 at 1:00PM PST. Email: brian.vanorman@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic status verification. To be eligible for consideration, offerors will have been engaged in maintaining and/or servicing the type of equipment listed for a period of no less than two years and be capable of presenting certification of such with verifiable references. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov.
