- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Pine Bluff Contracting Office has a requirement for professional engineering and technical services at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. The type of contract is firm-fixed price. Place of performance is located at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541330 and Size Standard $14.0 is applicable. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 dollars. Acquisition shall be conducted as a total Small Business set aside. The issued date for solicitation W911RP-14-R-0002 is on or about November 05, 2013. The solicitation and statement of work will be posted to ASFI/FedBiz Opps when released. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
