- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL intends to procure a follow-on requirement to the existing cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) bridge contract (N61340-13-D-0005), which provides for mechanic and artisan labor to perform maintenance actions on aircraft, aircraft engines and associated components/materials undergoing Depot Level Maintenance (DLM). The follow-on services procurement will support modernization, conversion, in-service repair, disassembly, and all other categories of aircraft DLM and intermediate maintenance in support of FRCSE Jacksonville, FL and its remote sites. The types of aircraft inclusive of components requiring DLM include, but are not limited to, the following: EA-6B, F/A-18, H-60, P-3, P-8, E-2, C-2, S-3, T-6, T-34, T-44 and T-45. A CPFF IDIQ contract with a five-year ordering period is anticipated. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. The estimated number of hours to be ordered under this IDIQ is 4,935,644. A separate written solicitation N61340-14-R-0002 for DLM services including SOW and attachments will be issued as a Request for Proposals on or after 31 October 2013. When it is released it will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The FSC code is J015 and the NAICS code is 336411. The closing date will be notified in the solicitation issued.
