J1: Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2005-2103, Revision Number 13 Grounds Maintenance Services Solicitation The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS)/Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing this solicitation as a Request For Proposal (RFP) number HQ0034-14-R-0008: Grounds Maintenance Services. This is a Total Small Business set-a-side for the basis of competition under NAICS Code 561730-Landscaping Services, Size Standard $7.0M. The solicitation will be a Base, plus Four, One (1) Year Option Periods, based on a combination of Firm-Fixed Priced CLINs and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide grounds maintenance services. Grounds Maintenance Services will be based on a monthly firm-fixed price. The purchase and installation of fall annuals, spring bulbs, miscellaneous grounds maintenance services and emergency grounds maintenance will be issued via firm-fixed Task Orders. The Government's requirement is attached to this announcement. All interested parties with capabilities to successfully perform the Government's requirement are encouraged to participate in the soliciatation process.
