Description

Amendment 0005 was issued on October 01, 2013, which suspended the solicitation due to shutdown of the Government. Amendment 0006 is issued on October 21, 2013, which lifts the suspension of the solicitation, extends the due date and time for receipt of proposals to October 29, 2013 at 4:00 pm Pacific Time, provides answers to pre-proposal inquiries, and provides a list of attendees for the second site visit held on September 17, 2013.
